🧵 How to Measure:

1. Lay your track pants flat on a table or hard surface with no wrinkles.
2. Waist: Measure straight across the waistband from one side to the other, then double it.
3. Hips: Measure across the widest part (approx. 18–20 cm below the waistband).
4. Length: Measure from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem of the leg.
